smilinguido4e20
A friend and I were playing in a world together when, in the middle of a session, my PS4 turned off due to a storm. Because of this, the save file became corrupted, and the last cloud backup was from 6 days ago. We lost a LOT of progress. So, here's just a reminder to save frequently and upload your save to the PS Plus cloud.
TheDarkKratos
That really sucks. Especially with games like Minecraft. I'm sorry to hear this. I think it's a rule of thumb to try and make manual back-ups for most games. Hope you can get back to where you were, eventually. What a PITA... Auto save upload might also be another option. HuntingFever
Making frequent backups for all games should be common sense at this point, because catastrophic save file corruption/loss can happen at any time for a variety of reasons. Depending on the game and console, I always make 1-3 backups to different places in case something happens to one of them so there's always a good copy available somewhere.
