MW3: Trophies popping from other systems?

I have been playing MW3 on Steam as that is my preferred platform for shooters however for the sake of my 100% status, I will need to purchase on PS5 as well. I'm wondering if anyone has done the trophies on PC and using the same Activision account to pop the trophies on PS5. I've seen a few posts about people playing on other systems, so I'm hoping someone has experienced this. Not keen on doing all the trophies again but wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't work

I've seen some people only get a few. Like the level 55 will pop and for example the 20 contracts in MWZ you have to do only 1. The campaign no it won't and I'm not sure about the rest of the MWZ trophies. I'll be testing this out myself sometime soon. Only got it on console because it came with my PS5 lol

Interested in knowing if the PS4 trophies will pop on PS5, outside of the account progression based trophies. Without doing a lick of research, I'm thinking because the lists are separate, they won't. But it would be nice to hear someone confirm it. This is such a clusterfuck lol.

I've popped trophies on PS5 after doing them on Xbox, so account progression does transfer (Online only) but it will be exactly like doing ps4 to ps5,. Many won't all the progression ones will need one extra to pop them.
