Popular Post Pirelli913
Are you in need of help completing the Ghost of Tsushima raids? I’ve helped probably 100+ people over the past two years and I can help you, too! This guide should act as a starting point for those in need of assistance. I’ll walk you through each chapter and the key points of each chapter as outlined below. Chapter I is fairly easy and can be completed rather effortlessly with randoms, but if you’re still struggling, read on. Chapter I, on average, takes around 30 minutes (give or take). Really the only challenging part is the Ascension near the end. I should point out the first time my friends and I attempted Chapter I it took us around four hours. Don’t judge us! Cracking the eggs The worst part about this is the number of enemies that spawn and it can be overwhelming, especially if you don’t know which eggs to crack. From the spawn point at the start, hop on the wires on the right and grapple down to the ground below. The furthest egg that needs to be cracked is the one on the far right alone. The middle egg is not the next closest to the furthest but the one just beyond that. So, if you count the eggs where the furthest is 1, then you need to crack 1 and 3. The closest egg is literally the one closest to the three idol slots. Killing two enemies within range of the egg will crack it to reveal one of the three idols needed to carry to one of the idol slots. An Assassin with Vanish or a Samurai with Super Armor are both good to carry the idols while a Ronin with concussion bombs is good to defend the player carrying the idol and knocking enemies away. Oni Chest 1 Just beyond the furthest egg is a grapple point to gain access to the first Oni Chest. This can actually be done either before, during or after gathering the idols. A lot of experienced players will do it either before or during collecting the idols while one or two other players gather the idols. Oni Chest 2 After placing the idols, one player has to stand on a button to allow another player to cross platforms and stand on another button to get the rest of the group across. Immediately after everyone is across, swing a right for the second Oni Chest. Alternatively, if no one got Oni Chest 1 before/during the idol collecting, two players can do Oni Chest 1 while the other two go ahead to do Oni Chest 2. Another idea is to have three players complete Oni Chest 2 while one player crosses the chasm and clears out enemies in the next area to speed things along. It should be pointed out that while crossing the chasm, you’ll have to deal with red orbs. If you get frozen, hold left on the D-pad and swipe right on the touch pad to call for help. Ranged weapons (arrows, bomb packs) and melee attacks will unfreeze frozen allies caught by the orb. Disciples of Iyo The object of this section is fairly easy. You need to kill Disciples of Iyo, grab their souls and deposit said souls in a pool to open up a door. Leading up to the door is a set of stairs with six lanterns (three on each side) and as you deposit souls, you’ll see the lanterns light up one at a time. This’ll let you know how close you are to finishing this objective. Disciples only take one hit to kill and are easy to spot because a beacon of red light is emitted from their location. Each Disciple killed (don’t forget to pick up their souls) grants you ten souls and you can carry 20 max. However, if you aren’t quick enough to the blood pool, the souls you’ve gathered will slowly drain out of your possession. But every additional enemy you kill will grant you two additional souls while you’re out in the field. This is why Hunter with Skipping Stone Bow is great. Gather 20 souls, go to the pool to drain the souls and when you get to about ten, use an ult to gain more souls. Oni Chest 3 This Oni Chest is through a rocky ledge to the right just after you gain access through the door from the Disciples of Iyo. Crossing the chasm The legit way to accomplish this is to have one person stand on a button on the left, one person stand on a button on the right and the other two players cross platforms to the area below. The problem is some players are just oblivious to what’s going on and either don’t trust their teammate and therefore get off their button when the red orb comes by or don’t shoot their teammate to unfreeze them from the orb because their teammate trusted them and was staying on their button like they were supposed to. YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION AND TRUST YOUR TEAMMATE! Stay on your button and when your teammate gets frozen, shoot them with arrows or bombs to unfreeze them. And trust they’ll do the same for you. It’s not complicated. Alternatively, an Assassin can use their ult to teleport down to the enemies below or anyone with bombs can do a bomb skip to blast their way to the area below. Attuned platforms This is but a small taste as to what’s to come in Chapter II. Having played this enough, I have all the colors memorized and it’s not that challenging. Sun > Storm Sun > Sun > Sun Storm Sun Note that there are two Moon symbols for the barrier and thus, two Moon barriers that must be broken, so after the first one is broken, someone needs to stay up where the Moon attunement can be picked up in order to grab it again to break the other one close to the gate so you don’t have to climb all the way back up again just to grab it. Oni Chest 4 In order to access this one, you need to pick up an idol located right next to where you break the Storm attunement up top and plant it down a path to the left of the barrier you’re trying to get through. Ascension This is where everyone seems to RQ if they don’t know what to do. First and foremost, do NOT fight the enemies on the bridge. Run past them and double roll through the red orbs. These enemies are ghost Ronin and don’t need to be fought. Ignore them! Once all four players make it over the bridge, the Ascension starts. One strategy is to Leroy Jenkins it and everyone does their own thing. This works about half the time, especially since many of the first enemies you encounter are ghosts. Another strategy is to clear out the ghosts first and then start the Ascension. A third strategy is to go clockwise and everyone helps one player complete their Ascension. This means do NOT kill enemies, but simply whittle down their health so the one attempting the Ascension has an easier time. From the starting point after crossing the bridge, the FRONT LEFT Ascension is best completed by SAMURAI. This Ascension is melee focused and you can’t use Ghost weapons or ranged weapons. Focus on getting an ult and perfect parrying enemies. The BACK LEFT Ascension is best completed by ASSASSIN. This Ascension makes you unable to roll or dodge. Focus on using Vanish or smoke bombs to stealthily dispatch foes. Ranged weapons also allowed. The BACK RIGHT Ascension is best completed by HUNTER. This Ascension makes you unable to use melee attacks, including blocking. A Hunter’s ult with Skipping Stone Bow is practically a must to end this challenge instantly. The FRONT RIGHT Ascension is best completed by RONIN. You will be unable to use your class ability, which, as Ronin, is most likely your healing incense. Focus on Ghost weapons, ranged weapons (bomb packs) and melee attacks. PLEASE NOTE: Any class can complete any Ascension, but these are the easiest for each class. Oni Chest 5 The final Oni Chest of Chapter I is right after everyone completes their respective Ascension task and the gate breaks. Right by the bell you run under (and can shoot) is a path to the left leading up to the final Oni Chest. Since these are the final enemies you’ll encounter in Chapter I, spam everything: ult, ghost weapons, class ability, whatever. Chapter II is the chapter everyone needs help with as there are two points during this chapter that cause people to RQ. The first I feel most people have figured out by now, but if not, it’s explained below. The second is still rather daunting for first timers and worst of all, it’s literally right at the end, so if you make it that far and you RQ, you have only yourself to blame for wasting at least an hour of your time. On average, it takes me about one hour to complete Chapter II. The fastest I completed it was 32 minutes. With people I’ve helped, it’s taken up to two hours pending everyone’s skill level, though usually just over one hour. First enemies and attuned platforming Just like with the ghost Ronin on the bridge in Chapter I, just skip these early enemies. There’s no reason to fight them. Get up to where you need to grab an attunement and cross the platforms. Normally the way I like to do this is have someone with arrows (either Hunter or Samurai) NOT grab an attunement, but become the “spotter.” This will be useful later on. The order of the attuned platforms are as follows: Sun Storm (take right path) > Moon Storm Sun Storm Moon Sun (left and forward, but jump forward) > (take right path) > Storm Moon Sun Storm Moon Storm Please note that you can skip the first and second Storms and go straight to Moon and Sun respectively with running jumps. You can even skip the third Storm and go to Moon but this is one of the hardest jumps to master. With a little finesse, you can even skip the fourth Storm and make it to the next Moon as well. In theory, two players can make it all the way to the next area without ever needing Storm. Oni Chest 1 To gain access to this Oni Chest, you need Moon to jump over to handholds on the cliff and climb up. More platforming After acquiring the Oni Chest, the three players with attunements will stand on buttons to allow the fourth player to cross platforms. That player will then stand on a button to allow the other three players to cross platforms. Just like before, these are attuned: Storm Moon Sun Storm Storm Sun Moon Storm The second Moon can actually be skipped and you can jump from Sun down to Storm. The first real annoying area with randoms Kill a bunch of enemies and the three players with attunements will stand on buttons to allow the fourth player to join them and then cross more platforms. If you are the fourth player, you can actually take a running jump from the third platform to the left which bypasses the first red orb and spawns enemies for the other three players to fight. If the player jumps to the left from the third platform, that’s how you know if they’ve done Chapter II before. This fourth player has to run up a winding staircase past red orbs, one Oni enemy and one ghost archer at the top. You can sneak by the Oni enemy and double roll through the red orbs as they come towards you. Once you reach the top, more enemies spawn for the other three players. Kill the ghost archer and stand on a button and wait for the other three players to finish killing enemies before they cross more attuned platforms. This can be slightly annoying because if you fail, you have to do everything following the previous platforming section. The reason it’s handy to have someone with arrows as the “spotter” is because their range can unfreeze anyone caught in the red orbs as you cross the platforms. There is a cancel option to get out of the orbs, but I’ve never been able to do it successfully. The order of these platforms are as follows: Storm Moon Sun Sun Storm Once across, kill a ghost archer and stand on a button to allow the fourth player to cross SIX platforms (three on one side and three on the other side). Once they make it across and climb up the cliff, enemies will spawn in the area with the other three players. Kill them while the fourth player runs up some stairs, jumps over a gap and stands on a button for more attuned platforming. Shortcut It’s been so long since I’ve done this the legit way that I don’t even remember the order of the attuned platforming other than the first two colors: Storm Sun > Jump to red vines And these are the only two platforms you’ll need because while standing on Sun, you’ll look to your left and see red vines on the cliff. All three players standing on the Sun platform will jump at these vines at the same time. It’ll kill you, but it’ll spawn you at the next checkpoint. You’ll know you did it right if it spawns you near an idol. Oni Chest 2 After placing the idol and grapple swinging down, the three players with attunements will each break their respective attunement. There is a path to the right of Moon that leads up to Oni Chest 2. Infamous blood pool For this, there are two small blood pools on ledges as well as the main pool in the center. I personally recommend that if you play Hunter, you remain on the LOW ledge 100% of the time while spamming arrows at enemies into the center pool below. If you play Ronin, you remain on the HIGH ledge 100% of the time while spamming bombs at enemies into the center pool below. If you play either Assassin or Samurai, start at the bottom of the stairs near the EDGE of the center pool and as soon as enemies enter the pool, attack them as close to the center of it as possible. ASSASSIN and SAMURAI: WATCH YOUR CORRUPTION!!! If you get 7-8 corruption, LEAVE the main pool and go to either of the small blood pools where the Hunter or Ronin are located. The small pools drain your corruption back down to 0 allowing you to jump down into the main pool and fight again. TEN corruption is an automatic death. You don’t go down. You have to start the whole thing over again. The key to this challenge is one player is at each of the small pools on the ledges 100% of the time or the kills in the middle do NOT count. This is why two Hunters can co-op and complete this challenge without four players as a double ult with both Hunters using Skipping Stone Bows can clear out all enemies in the center pool instantly. Oni Chest 3 The third Oni Chest is just after the blood ritual. When the doors open, run up the path and turn right by a ledge (near a healing drum) and cross a small log bridge. Hop down some ledges to the chest. Spirit bow and platforming After the Oni Chest and grappling across a gap and running over a bridge, you’ll encounter the spirit bow. All four players must pick it up. Once all four players have it, a spirit circle will appear on the far right of a small ledge you have to stand on. Spirit circles must be double shotted. This can either be done by two separate players or by one player who is quick enough to press up on the D-pad. After crossing the first two platforms, another spirit circle will appear in the distance and there will be one ghost archer to deal with. My personal preference is to ignore the ghost archer, double shot the next spirit circle and continue over the platforms. Here, you will encounter a Tengu and two more ghost archers as well as a healing drum. The Tengu is really the only one you need to kill because he’s annoying otherwise. Double shot the next spirit circle and continue on. This part can be tricky. My advice is to ignore the enemies, maybe throw down a smoke and continue to the next set of platforms. The platforms are timed so you have to be fast. You need to jump at the edge of the platform to make sure you clear it and make it onto the next platform without staggering. To do this, your character will do kind of a stutter step slide before you make the jump. If you fail, kill the Tengu and ghost archer in this area and then you’ll have to double shot the spirit circle again. The legit way is to actually go all the way around using a grapple and double shot the spirit circle again. But by standing on the low edge of the ledge where the Tengu and ghost archer fight you, you can look to the left and just barely see the spirit circle you need to hit. A lot of times experienced players will stand on the last platform and if someone doesn’t make it, they’ll allow themselves to fall which will respawn them in the middle of the two platform sections to help the trailing player or players. Oni Chest 4 Once over the platforms, you have to deal with three ghost archers and a Tengu, then you can climb up a cliff to the left of a few stairs which leads to the next Oni Chest. Upon completing this, two players have to double shot a spirit circle on the left side and two players have to double shot a spirt circle on the right side to cross platforms. The left spirit circle has a bad hit box. Aim so your crosshairs are lined up on the left side of the spirit circle. Aiming in the middle of the spirit circle is bound to miss. Army of the attuned This part can be a challenge for new players. If you get in a lobby with a level 120 Assassin, hope they know what they’re doing, especially if they do some crazy bomb skips anywhere prior to now. All these enemies are attuned, meaning ignore fighting them. You’ll do very little damage against them. However, you can press up on your D-pad and spirit bow them which weakens them. Just like with the spirit circles, double shotting attuned enemies breaks their attunements. When Iyo starts looking for you, run down the left path, spirit bow the enemy next to the Sun attunement (don’t fight him) and pick up Sun. Run back up the stairs ignoring all the Sun attuned enemies and break the Sun barrier to continue on to the next area. Here is why having an Assassin who knows what they’re doing is a godsend. Save your ult and when through the Sun barrier, ult up to the ledge with an enemy to pick up Storm. Then drop down and break Storm. There is a barrier on the far side that allows you to continue once Storm is broken. Alternatively, if you don’t have an Assassin or someone with bomb pack who knows this simple bomb jump, the legit way is to stand on a button which makes grapple points appear and then someone else grapples across ledges up to where Storm is located. Once through the Storm barrier, the next barrier requires Moon, Storm and Sun. The legit way is for someone to stand on a button for grapple points while two players cross to red branches. However, just about everyone who still plays now know how to reach the red branches without the button/grapple technique. Run up to the top of the hill past one attuned enemy, turn around and run as close to the left wall as possible and jump to grab the lowest red branch. Two players must accomplish this. One player must immediately grab Storm while the other player turns around, jumps up the branches and climbs the cliff to Moon. Whoever gets up the cliff first can then jump down and destroy the first of two fire demons. They can then either break Storm if they have it or stand on a button for the player with Moon to grapple across. Once across, the player with Moon can break the second fire demon, break Moon and pick up Sun. They can then drop down to the barrier and break Sun to continue. Cracking more eggs Just like with Chapter I, you have to crack more eggs. The good news is you only need two this time and both eggs are the last one on each side of the stairs you must run up. You know you’re heading in the right direction when you break through a red skin barrier. My way of tackling this is to have two players go up the stairs on the right and one person go up the stairs on the left. The fourth player will run past the stairs on the left and then grapple and climb a cliff to destroy two fire demons and then join the lone person on the left. A Ronin is very useful here because once the egg is cracked open (two enemies within radius will do it) one player picks up the exposed idol and the Ronin spams bombs at their feet to knock enemies back. Instead of running back down the stairs, jump off the cliff and run up the center set of stairs watching out for the red orb. Plant both idols at the top of the stairs near the barrier in the idol slots. More attuned platforming There are bomb skips to skip this area and spawn at the next checkpoint. I won’t go into those here. You can watch videos on YouTube to learn where to throw the bombs for that. Once you double shot a spirit circle, quickly jump across the platforms and then run up some stairs to the three attunements. The order of these platforms are as follows: Storm Moon Sun > Grapple > Moon Storm Moon On the last Moon, jump to the cliff to climb up the ledge. Oni Chest 5 This is the most fun Oni Chest because you take a leap of faith Assassin’s Creed style and jump down to a ledge far below on the left side near where you’ll eventually double shot a spirit circle. I also like it for the blue flame aesthetic. Once this final chest has been completed, you can either jump off a ledge that’ll kill you and load the checkpoint up top where the spirit circle is (this is the noob way of doing things) or you can run out of the entrance to where you can climb the cliff, but instead of climbing the cliff, jump down and with full health, it’ll spawn you back up top by the spirit circle. Final set of platforming Double shot the spirit circle and then the order of attunements here goes: Storm > Moon Storm > Sun Storm Note that you can stand on either Moon or the second Storm and double shot the spirt circle again. While you can make it entirely in one go, it’s safer to stay on an attuned platform and double shot the spirit circle again. Grapple up the ledge or, from the high point, you can grab the ledge without grappling, climb up the next cliff and double shot another spirit circle. The order of these attunements go: Sun > Moon > Moon Just like above, you can make it entirely in one go, but it’s safer to stay on the first Moon and double shot the spirit circle again. The Obelisk It sucks that they put this all the way at the end of Chapter II, but they did. After killing all the enemies which spawns an idol, place the idol at the BACK of the Obelisk. This spawns a spirit circle that must be double shotted to reveal a bunch of platforms and also requires the Sun attunement to cross. There are a couple ways to tackle the Obelisk. First, the Hunter and Ronin will be defending and when I say defending, I mean spawn camping the enemies. The videos I provide below will showcase how to defend properly. Too often I see people incorrectly defending during this part. The Hunter will spawn camp the RIGHT side because she’ll have a clear line of sight to the red sack where enemies spawn. The Ronin will spawn camp the LEFT side and will stay as close underneath the red spawn sack as possible. The reason you spawn camp enemies during this section is because they’ll try and run to the pools with hearts over them that’ll drain their life and fill up the Obelisk. Completely filling up the Obelisk restarts the ENTIRE section, meaning having to get all four idols again. The legit way to do this is to have the Assassin and Samurai jump across the platforms starting with Sun to reach a ledge. The Assassin will grab the Sun attunement. During this section, the only enemies you will encounter will be ghost enemies. Take your time and watch each other’s backs. If one goes down, the other revives, if both go down the Ronin revives. Do NOT pick up the idol until you’ve cleared out most of the ghosts through each section. Alternatively, you can glitch the first section by planting the idol near the red skin barrier, but instead of breaking through it like you normally would, you use the LET’S GO! or SUMO STOMP emotes to teleport through and then pick up the idol on the other side. This prevents Oni enemies from spawning in the main area as well as prevents any further ghost enemies from spawning allowing a free run. After the second idol is placed on the right side of the Obelisk facing it, the third idol requires the Moon attunement. This will be picked up by the Samurai who can solo this side by himself allowing the Assassin to assist in defending, especially if the Hunter and Ronin are having trouble defending. The reason the Samurai can solo this side is he’ll only encounter basic grunt enemies. Alternatively, there is a way to glitch this side as well that prevents Oni enemies from spawning, but you have to be good at jumping up a ledge and then using the bomb glitch. Once the third idol is placed on the left side of the Obelisk facing it, the final idol spawns on a ledge up the center stairs. There is a glitch to easily cheese this section as well. But if you plan on doing things legit, read on. FYI: These bomb glitches can be practiced after clearing out the initial group of enemies and before placing the first idol. Two players will shoot the spirit circle on each side. The Hunter will go across the platforms on one side and the Samurai will go across the platforms on the other side. They will each break through a red skin barrier (which will spawn enemies in the area below where the idol is located) and then stand on a button to activate a pair of platforms allowing the Assassin to reach the ledge and pick up the final idol. Once on this ledge and BEFORE picking up the final idol, the Assassin will use Vanish, pick up the idol and drop down off the ledge. When the Assassin reaches the ledge with the idol, the Hunter and Samurai can use grapple points to swing down and help defend. Meanwhile, the Ronin is going to spam bombs at the Assassin’s feet to knock enemies away from him. If you play Ronin and you don’t have bombs, get bombs (preferably the Legendary bomb pack called Forbidden Medicine). Bombs are a MUST if you play Ronin. That is the legit way. However, most players who still play the raids use the bomb glitches to bypass enemies and make it easier for the rest of the party. Obelisk Bomb Jump Video: Chapter III can be completed in under ten minutes if done well. The legit way to complete this chapter is to have one person defend the left pool, one person defend the right pool and then two people climb the ledge on the left. One person will stand on a button while the other crosses platforms to a Torii gate to 1v1 duel Iyo. You repeat this for the second Torii gate on the right, for the third Torii gate on the left and for the final Torii gate back on the right. NOTE: I have the Wrath of Sarugami (legendary katana) maxed on all four classes. This is all you need to be capable of dueling Iyo with any class, but Samurai is arguably still the best class to duel Iyo with as he does the most melee damage. Also, if two players have Wrath of Sarugami, one player can get sent across on the left side and one player can get sent across on the right side simultaneously. However, the player on the right will have to wait to enter the Torii gate until the first player finishes their duel. If all goes according to plan, it’ll be over within ten minutes. The fastest I completed it was around 4.5 minutes. However, if one or more players constantly go down or aren’t that good, it can take an hour. I once helped a group of players where one guy went down so much another guy privately messaged me and said I have the patience of a saint. Lol. One final thing to note is that throughout the fight, Iyo will have spirit circles that appear around her head. The three players defending can’t see which is the correct circle to hit, but the one who is 1v1 dueling her will know the correct one to hit and can call it out (up, down, left or right). Also, if the player who is dueling Iyo 1v1 goes down, you have a couple options: You can double shot the spirit circle above the Torii gate the player is in to kick them out allowing for someone to revive them or if you have a Ronin who has an ult, they can ult to res them, but this is best saved for the final duel because the final duel doesn’t have a spirit circle to shoot, meaning whoever fights Iyo for the final duel must complete it because going down will most likely mean restarting. Alternatively, if a player has a charm where hitting a healing drum revives players, that’s an option, too. DO NOT SHOOT THE SPIRIT CIRCLE OVER THE TORII GATE A PLAYER IS IN (unless they go down) BECAUSE THAT’LL KICK THEM OUT PREMATURELY MAKING THE OTHER DUELS MORE DIFFICULT! PLEASE NOTE: Just like with Chapter II, there are bomb glitches to bypass standing on a button that makes platforms appear for someone to cross to the Torii gate. Using the bomb glitch technique for Chapter III makes it the only chapter capable of being done completely solo. Regarding Chapter I, you will need four players, be it with randoms or a full party. The reason this is important is what I stated above with the Ascension. That said, three people can do Chapter I right up until the Ascension and you can always invite a friend during a match if someone leaves. Regarding Chapter II, you need four players to start, but if you can make it to the infamous blood pool, should one player leave, I have beaten the remainder of the chapter with three people and I even did it with just me and one other friend, but you’d need to be skilled in the bomb jumps to accomplish that. Three people just means everyone will need to carry their weight more. Regarding Chapter III, I’ve beaten it solo using a glitch, although my first attempt took me 50 minutes because I was still learning the bomb jumps and wasn’t using Wrath of Sarugami at the time. I can now beat it solo in under 6 minutes. Quick tips and general info for each class: There’s no “I” in TEAM. The raids are heavily team oriented. Trust your team AND have patience. ASSASSIN - There are a few sections in both Chapters I and II where the Assassin’s ult is very useful to bypass certain areas. The ones in Chapter I aren’t as vital as the one in Chapter II, though, since the one in Chapter II is during a timed sequence. Feel free to use any weapons or abilities you like. For Ghost Weapon 2, I recommend either smoke bomb (epic) WITH Munitions or Bottle of Liquid Courage (legendary). HUNTER - The Hunter has the longest range and is therefore best to be the “spotter” during attuned platforming sections. During one part early in Chapter II, the Hunter may need to shoot the rest of the team to keep them from going down while platforming through red orbs. Melee and ranged attacks will also unfreeze frozen allies stuck by the red orbs. I would recommend Explosive Arrow (Rank 10) as headshots in combination with fire damage will do insane amounts of damage. I would also personally recommend Skipping Stone Bow (ranged legendary) with technique All-Seeing Eye (Rank 11). This combo, when using your ult, can generate ten headshots. RONIN - I’m going to be honest and say it annoys me when I see a Ronin who wants to kill everything instead of support the team. And by this, I mean, their build is set to not aid their teammates. The Ronin MUST have the technique Soothing Breath (Rank 5). The ronin MUST also have Forbidden Medicine (ranged legendary bomb pack) and they must spec out their class to gain as much resolve as possible. Your goal as Ronin is to die the least and revive the most. If those two stats are flipped, choose another class. I’ve also seen some Ronin who don’t really die, but don’t revive those who do because they can’t gain resolve fast enough to revive teammates. Ronin is a SUPPORT class. SAMURAI - You’re going to want Raging Flame as your class ability. Couple this with Blessed Strikes and an ult and it’s powerful as hell. The one piece of gear that doesn’t matter what you have equipped is your ranged weapon as Samurai is melee heavy focused with a bit of Ghost Weapons mixed in. I do recommend Water Katanas for all four classes and, if possible, the Wrath of Sarugami (legendary water katana) which is practically a must for the Chapter III 1v1 duels with Iyo. Additionally, I recommend Bottle of Liquid Courage (legendary Ghost Weapon 2). It used to refill 1-3 resolve, but Sucker Punch nerfed it so now if only fills 1-2 resolve, which allows you to use your ult more frequently. For the Sarugami properties, I recommend Melee Resolve Gain (max: +25%) and Perfect Parry Window (max: +12%). The perk can be anything, although I’d recommend Burning Blade, Poison Blade or Way of the Flame. Try and reforge your katana to get at least one property as close to max and the perk you want. Then you can reroll the individual property you didn’t get until you do get it and when you do get it, you can actually keep rerolling to increase it to max, allowing for at least one maxed out property. Note that legendary items automatically have maxed properties. However, because you can only carry three legendary items total (pending your build) you’re bound to have a couple epic items mixed in and those will need to be rerolled for higher stats. In order to attempt the bomb skips, you MUST have bomb pack (ranged weapon) and it MUST have both Black Powder Bomb AND +25% Blast Radius. In addition to this, you MUST have Sticky Bomb (Ghost Weapon 1) and it must also have +25% Blast Radius. While not required, Ghost Weapon 2 should be Smoke Bomb with Munitions. Any class except Hunter can equip bomb packs, but it can only be bound to Ronin and he must be the one to level it up to 120 for another class to use it. Below are a series of videos of me playing different classes completing the raids. Please note these videos are old and I’ve since become more proficient at each class: RONIN: The below video is the complete Chapter II raid with time stamps for Oni treasures and shows the easy way on how to defend the Obelisk. My current Ronin’s build (used for Chapters I and II): HUNTER: This is my run on Chapter II with Hunter and while I defended on the same side as I did in the above video with Ronin, it’s only because I was so used to defending that side at the time since I defended so much as Ronin, but the other side is actually a bit easier to defend with Hunter. My current Hunter’s build (used for Chapters I and II): ASSASSIN: The fastest run I’ve done in Chapter II. My Assassin has improved vastly since then. EDIT: I actually beat this record twice by about 8 minutes faster both times. My current Assassin’s build (used for Chapters I and II): SAMURAI: How do you quickly dispatch Iyo in Chapter III? Honestly, all you need is the Wrath of Sarugami. My current Samurai’s build (used for Chapter III): PLEASE NOTE: In the future, I may add additional videos on certain areas to blitz through the raids. Normally I’d ask my friends to help make these videos, but many have already moved on from this game so trying to get them involved for tutorials may be tricky. But I’m persistent and may resort to begging. Edited January 18 by Pirelli913 Added: Obelisk Bomb Jump Video

Even if I'm playing another game, I can take an hour or two to help. Crazily enough the very next group I got and we did it, the power of positive thinking lol, appreciate the post though. The jump orders were invaluable as someone new to the chapter. EDIT: has anyone tried to get a group for chapter 3 recently? Seems completely dead. k0edb
I had to give up on this trophy and ask for help on the ghost of tsushima discord. I even become friend of the 3 guys who helped me that they were hardcore ghost of tsushima players. I just existed, because they have carried me through all the challenges. If someone didn't manage to finish raids, here are my tips

I'm kind of surprised by that honestly. I'm still able to get into a match with people in Chapter III. The good news is it's the shortest chapter so if you get into a party with someone who knows what they're doing, it can take less than ten minutes. I ended up getting into a couple but it was a bit of a wash, people kinda knew what they were doing but weren't doing very well in the duels, myself included. Tried for a couple hours but ran out of time. This is the very last thing I need to be 100% complete so at least there is that. EDIT: Done, thanks again for this post though, would have had no clue what I was doing without this. Edited February 9 by Metabolic-V
Taliesin_2943
I just started good but already dreading the raid but if nothing else I could ask around to get carried as a last ditch but hopefully I get good and this helps me
