Honor Upheld is still possible and it's explained why it's so difficult here: https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/35880-confirmed-method-of-unlocking-honour-upheld/ Summary: The dev studio was shut down pretty much right as the game launched, and only people who played the game within about the first couple months it was out are able to be challenged. There isn't a lot of them and Yuri was able to find a way to help multiple people challenge a single eligible player for others to earn the trophy, but it takes a lot of coordination and there are very few people left possible to challenge.
