2 questions:

 

is it possibe to get the plat while only buying the base game (no dlc packs)

and

do dlc pack trophies only show up when u scan the chip or are they always there under the games trophies

any help is appreciated

you should be able to plat the came with just the base game and the DLC will always show in your list of trophies.

You can plat it without the dlc. As for the dlc. You don't need to buy the figures, if you have a android phone and some NFC pucks. I think it's NFC anyway, it's been awhile. It doesn't use the same ones as Disney infinity or amiibos
