Lucatiel not showing up

I'm not hollow, I've exhausted her dialog in the house in no mans wharf but her summon sign is not in either place it shows online. Can someone help? I know I'm missing something.

If you're not in undead form, go to where her sign is (I think it's different in SotFs, but it's been a while) and exit the game. Also make sure that you don't have that ring on where you pledge to a specific god to make it easier to find your friends to PvE.

Are you in the Covenant of Champions?

Are you wearing the Name engraved Ring?

Are you sure you are human, you may have been cursed, but not killed?

Have you nullified effigy effect at bonfire?

 

All these will cause summon signs to not appear.  In vanilla DS2 Lucs summon is only next to shortcut lever.  If you summon a friend, you can both then remove the name engraved ring and summon Luc.
