goodwinp1980 Posted April 25 Share Posted April 25 Probably had my most egregious crash on PS5 yet with this game. Doing a hunt down with the ridiculous Hot Rod at full speed and it actually switched my console off. It wouldn't switch back on initially and when it did (using the console power button) it then had to do a database rebuild. Kind of took me off playing what is a great game for thr time being for fear of it happening again. Anyone else had this issue? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anything is possible but I personally think it is more deep rooted than a simple compatibility issue, since someone else in that thread had the exact same issue, yet other accounts on the same console had no problems playing it, which says to me it's a bug in the game's networking and account code. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The first time it corrupted my save 🫠 I uninstalled it after that first big crash, it was like it bricked the console. Shame, awesome game but not risking that again. Others on Reddit have reported the very same hard crash happening to them. What would it take for EA/Criterion to patch (yep, I know it's an old game, but it is still being sold on PSN).
