Day(s) didn't count?

Allright so I've had this multiple times now and it's starting to piss me of. Sometimes after the game is over you get back to the lobby but the screen doesn't appear (the screen that says how many blue cans you've collected in the game and how many blue cans are needed for your population). And also I'm on the same day as before I had started the game. So actually I lost all my progress from that game. This happened to me a few times and I was wondering If anyone has the same problem.  How can I solve this? Or better said: What is causing this problem? Are there people leaving on the end and maybe you get disconnected to the game or what?

It's happened to me too, only a few times though. It's always happened to me after the match finishes, so my guess is it fails to take you back to the lobby and switches host, not progressing the day count.

As far as I could tell when I did this, it happened when you joined mid-match. So as long as you start with everyone else you should be fine.

Yeah, joining mid-game won't count towards your progression. This was patched in awhile ago.
