"Only skin deep" help!

I'm trying to get the Only skin deep trophy obtaining all the facepaints,but I didn't choose at the very beginning the statement " I like MGS3",which appearently gives you some flags facepaints.

Can I obtain the trophy with the others facepaints or do I have to start a new file choosing "I like MGS3" and then find all the others?

Choosing ''I Like MGS3'' is to avoid a trophy glitch with the flags facepaints.

 

I see you just beat The Pain, so the best thing you can do is to restart the game, choose ''I Like MGS3'' so you can avoid a possible glitch.

The flag facepaints do not count for the trophy.

You should be able to get the trophy. There is a glitch that sometimes prevents the trophy. If you had chosen 'I like MGS', you could be 100% certain to unlock the trophy. In this senario there is a chance to not get it.

well,I'll do one playtrough enjoying the game and taking most of the trophies and then another for that one.

At least it's a great game,so I don't have to complain that much
