At first I thought no one would be interested in using seeds since they lock the trophies, but, being as how the trophies in this game have a bad habit of not popping anyways (so far I've had 5 not unlock) we may as well let loose and share our best runs.

Don't play as Azazel or ??? with this one because red hearts are required.  Keep the kamikaze because pyromancy is coming soon.  After getting both, spam that L2 button!!

Since challenges can be completed using seeds, B1ZM 8Z27 is useful for Suicide King. Mom's Knife in a regular room on Basement I, and Guppy by Caves I (Tail in Basement II curse room, paw in Caves I curse room, head in Caves I devil room).
