Can't play more of the Adventure mode after prologue

So I have 5 out of 5 levels completed in prologue and the next level/place is no where to be found. I have tried every button.

It's a physical PS4 copy of the game.

Anyone got any solutions?

This happened to me too. Just replay the final cutscene mission on the prologue and it will work.

You need to replay the playable level before the final cutscene. Then after the final cutscene the next world should unlock.

This happened to me, too. When I tried what the people above said (before I read it here; it was just an idea I tried) my game crashed twice before wiping my Adventure save data. Just a warning for anyone to whom this happens, you might want to back up your save before trying to fix it.

This happened to me. I rebooted the system, and when it was back on I just replayed the final cinematic and it unlocked the next world.

 

If this doesn't work, try replaying the final playable level, and let it roll on to the final cinematic afterwards. 

 

If this STILL doesn't work, you could try going through the entirety of the prologue again.

 

If not, deleting the save data for the game and redoing all you've done so far would probably work.
