Edit: Can't find William 7 and Margaret 17 either.

 

Edit2: Youtuber PureRuby87 is making videos of the collectibles and uploaded all Victim Notes already. Note 5 is in the attic, behind the bed that has a shadow under it.

I don't get posts like this.

 

You ask for help, but then you figure it out so instead of posting the answer (for others to get help) you say "never mind you are on your own suckers". You were more than willing to take the help, but didn't think of giving any.

Excuse Me. But I didn't see a reply to my post until today because I don't come to the forums often. And FYI The Letter I was looking for was in the Attic floor where The Rope on the ceiling is.
