After playing through the Heists for a bit I have got some tips for you guys.

The Prison Break Heist.

Setup 1 - Plane: Best way to deal with the huge amount of enemies here is to either use a car with no back window (like the Entity or Zentorno) and turn it backwards so you can't shot. Simply shoot out the window and kill them all with ease. Or, even better, you could use the new Karin Kuruma (the armored version obviously) and have all 4 players in it and you won't get shot at all. It's bulletproof and heavily armored. Simply shoot all enemies and crush them under your wheels. Overal, the Armored Karin Kuruma is a very, very useful vehicle for many heist mission and it's highly advised to buy and mod it, if you have the money.

Setup 3 - Station: For the police team, when you need to obtain a Police Cruiser, simply call 911 and pull the cops out of their car then shoot them and jack their ride. Go to one of the tunnel entrances to easily escape the police. They won't go in there unless they spotted you going in there. There's one entrance near the casino and there's one on the highway (broken wall). There's a few more entrances but these 2 are my prefered ones.

Setup 4 - Wet Work: For the team that has to take out 2 city officials, don't worry too much about sync killing, as long as they don't reach the entrance to the city hall you won't fail. No matter how steathily you are, you will always get a 3 star wanted level and a lot of cops show up. Simply use the Armored Karin again, and have the passenger pick up the briefcase from the steps and quickly burn rubber, making your way towards to metro tunnels to easily escape. The entrance near the casino is close by. You could also kill all the cops that show up there, your wanted level won't increase if you kill them all. You will still have a pursuit ofcourse.

Finale: Simply fly the Velum directly behind the Lazer jets and they will never shoot at you. Just make sure you stay behind it. Also make sure to tell Buzzard not to shoot it down. It will despawn once the prison team is out of the prison.

The Humane Labs Raid Heist

Setup 2 - Insurgents: Have the Insurgent with the turret lead the way or atleast stay together. 2 choppers will follow the first Insurgent that takes and you can't do much without a turret. Have the turret clear the way and take out the choppers. Don't do it like my team did it. Stay together.

Setup 3 - EMP: Use VTOL mode to land the Hydra on the airfield. Then use the normal fly mode to park it into the hangar.

Setup 4 - Valkyrie: Again, use the Armored Karin for this. It's your best friend here. If you want to play safe, read the following. If you're confident about you and your team just do what the mission tells you.

When driving to the docks, with the Armored Karin ofcourse, don't go straight to the mission area but go to the docks east of it. An enemy should spawn then and will defend the Valkyrie. It will not leave the area and he should be an easy target from the opposite road. Take him out with the homing launcher or just snipe him. Then go to the Valkyrie, simply taking the Karin Kuruma up to it, park it there and shoot everything close to the chopper, including the sniper on the crane and don't forgot the guy behind the chopper, he's kinda sneaky there. Just ignore all the enemies inside and on the way to the chopper. Then have one person enter the chopper but get out right away. A total of 5 choppers will spawn, 3 first then 2 more once the first 2 have been taken out. 2 cars will also come to you shortly after the choppers spawned. Take the cars out then have 1 guy move to the left of the docks and the other guys to the right. The chopper on the left will come first, then the one on the right. Those are mavericks, just like the police choppers. The one in the middle comes at last together with one of the newly spawned and the 5th will come last. Those 3 are Buzzards, so deal with them quickly. The chopper on the left can be sniped with the Heavy Sniper and be taken out before it's too close. All other choppers are target practice for the Homing Launcher. They will appear over the roof of the building, so they are can't be hit from afar. Once you have taken them all out simply get in the Valkyrie and deliver it. No need to deal with any of the choppers while in flight.

UPDATED TIP: Simply fly the Valkyrie to the roof and snipe all the choppers from there. :)

Setup 5 - Deliver EMP: This is a stealth mission but much easier than I expected. There's a timer, however, so try to hurry. When you arive, it's important to quickly take out the enemies near the gate. There's one leaning against the wall, the other one is patroling a few meters further. Don't worry about sync kills for this one, they won't know what hit them. Then quickly get everyone in the Insurgent, because there's an enemy truck coming your way. Simply drive to the parking lot and park it there. The truck will leave the area and won't come back. Now you want your team to move towards the 4 enemies clustered together. But take out the lone guard first, who's chilling on a higher point overlooking the road. There will be 2 scientist and 2 guards standing/sitting near a truck. Simply call targets and count down before you all shoot. Then move on. There will be 2 scientist walking ahead of you, wait for them to move away and take out the lone guard who's fixing some wall or something. Now ahead of you see the 2 scientist have met up with another scientist and a guard. Same thing as before, call targets and count. Now there's only 2 enemies left, to the left of the road. They are easily disposed of. Now complete the hacking minigame and drive the Insurgent into the garage. Make sure you have somebody get it while you're doing the hack. Then the last thing you have to do is leave the area. You'll see a Humane Labs van parked next to the garage, have everybody get it and drive out like nothing ever happened. You will see 3 more Merryweather cars coming towards the Labs, don't worry about them just don't shoot and drive normally and they will simply assume you're part of the Humane Labs. Mission complete.

The Pacific Standard Bank Job

Finale: During the run for the bikes there are a few shortcuts you can take, avoiding some of the cops and also having good cover. I find it hard to explain the path I took, but you need to stick to the right and jump down a few times.

As the pilot, just fly BEHIND the jets. They will never reach you and shoot you. As soon as the rest of the team is ready, the jet will go down and disappear.

So, the guy in the Buzzard can/should rather help the guard and inmate with their escape to the airfield.

That could also work. Or you could just avoid them. The Buzzard should always help the prison team with their escape. The jets despawn when the prison team is out of the prison, so the Buzzars should focus immediately on taking out the police pursuit of the prison team.

Yeah, the Lazers seem to have trouble outmaneuvering the Velum, surprisingly.

Also, for the Station setup mission, with the Cargo Ship team, once you've got the Casco and have to lose the cops, you'll need to get out of the car in order to lose them. Before I got out of the car, we drove around for ages underground without any cops nearby and saw no change in wanted level.

I believe that's a glitch that happens sometimes. Getting out of the car won't change anything.

Added more tips to the post.

Ah, thanks. I'll follow through some of these tips, ONCE I CAN PLAY THE HEISTS WITHOUT ENCOUNTERING A LARGE AMOUNT OF GLITCHES, OR HAVING PLAYERS DISCONNECT. I'll be playing again today or tomorrow, and hopefully I'll be able to play just fine. And yeah, for the Prison Break Finale, my friend who was the pilot would just fly behind the enemy jets, since the damn jets would keep getting him when he was in front of them, and I was the Buzzard so I wasn't able to save him in time.

I find the most useful weapon to use in the prison shootout is the Combat MG due to the ridiculous range and accuracy. Also the prison guard can drop one of his assault rifle for the inmate to increase your overall firepower. However, if you fail the mission that assault rifle will be gone forever. Use lots of cover and also bring loads of snacks and body armor.

Yeah, always bring plenty of snacks and body armor.
