Set the lives to the max . then try not to lose any live in the first level. In the second one, you can go to the right near the start of the level , and you will see some bars. Go up and get hit. You will go down automatically. Repeat until a plane takes you and send you to the third level.

With this method you will have a lot of lives and points. Then continúe a little bit until 100k.

Also remember to get all the bonuses (the legs and the doctor that are in the window) .

I played normaly until i died at lvl 3. I used a credit and started straight at lvl 3 with 6 lives. Its easier to start from there because you got more points for every step and mission bonus is way more than in first levels. I only manage to beat level 3 and 4 with my six lives and i got 150.000 points.
