damon8r351 Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 Wasteland 2 is coming to PS4 from the PC in the form of a tweaked Director's Cut on October 13th. This is a sequel to 1988's Wasteland on the PC. If you're wondering why that sounds familiar, Wasteland was the game Interplay couldn't wrest the rights for away from EA back in the day, and ended up doing the original Fallout instead as a spiritual successor. Eventually Bethesda got a hold of the Fallout series and turned it into The Elder Scrolls: Capitol Wasteland. So in a manner of speaking, Wasteland 2 and present day Fallout are not so much spiritual successors as they are spiritual wiener cousins of a sort. Rngesus37 Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 Even though I have the PC version and could get the update for free, will probably get this on PS4. This and Divinity Original Sin. Waiting to hear about the release date for that too. I love the DS4 controller, and even though I could get it to work with my PC if I wanted to, I'm too lazy to bother.
