Edit - it is for PS4 too, you just need to go through all the steps first, then choose your platform at the end.

@StrickenBiged how did you do it, because when I do it and link a valid UPlay account, it just says, "You may not access this content at this time".

I would really like to play it so if you have any help, it would be greatly appreciated!

step 1: go to the site i gave in the OP

 

step 2: Follow the site and fill in everything

 

step 3: wait for the email

 

step 4: open the mail and go to the website

 

step 5: log in with your uPlay account

 

step 6: enter the code from the mail

 

step 7: wait for your ps4 beta code

I have done those steps up until the linking of a UPlay account as it then says that I can't access the content even though my UPlay account is valid and used.

I've tried everything to! Even tried making a new UPlay account but it still didn't work. Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait and see if I get a The Division Beta Code instead!  Thank you for your help though and hope everyone else manages to get it!
