BarneyBadAss Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) I'm not one to rant, but I'm really upset. I ordered the Juggernog back on July 9th along with MadMax. I just received an email stating that my CC on file was no good. The CC on file was canceled by my bank about a month ago. I tried to update with a new CC but the website wouldn't let me. I called BB and tried to update over the phone, but they couldn't update either. BB said it was their problem and to call the next day. I called again and BB said they still couldn't update and to call my bank. I called my bank and there were no holds. Then I called BB again to let them know the card was fine. BB tried to add CC again but it wouldn't go through. Then BB said the preorder was automatically canceled because it was the 4th try. I also have the PIP boy ordered as well on the same card, further back in June. BB said it will also be canceled because there is no way for them to update a CC on a preorder. Really? They can't update a CC on a Preorder. WTF? So I'm SOL on both. Thanks BB !!! BB = BestBuy CC = Credit Card WTF = What the F...
