I guess it'll be the only impossible-to-finish major MGS title in a couple of years. Or not? Nope. If you play offline you won't have to build an FOB but if you do build one, your staff limit count will increase. If you mean in terms of trophies, then yes, in a few years when they shut the servers down the Infiltration trophy will become unavailable.
