Error NW-31453-6, internet connection works

Hello!
When I tried to sign in to my account i got the following error message:

"The connection to the server has been lost.
There might have been a problem in connecting to the network, or PlayStation™ Network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy.
(NW-31453-6)"

 

The internet connection is fine, I downloaded a Dragon Age Inquistion and Tearaway Unfolded updates

 

When I test the internect connection I get the following:

  • Obtain IP Address: Succesful
  • Internet Connection: Succesful
  • PlayStation™ Network Sign-in: Failed (Error NW-31453-6)

 

I can`t log in from my PC also.

 

Any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance! :-)

Their script is found in the description of the video. Do listen to it though.

 

In the case of slow server, you may want to try to use another DNS server in a country far from where you live, to perhaps be connected to a different server. May be you still get connected to the same due to your account. Not sure how Sony does this, but worth a try if that's the issue.
