I hope so! You can probably manipulate your save files to get the ending trophies like in Bloodborne, but you will probably need to go in ng+ in order to get all the spells and rings. I'm just hoping the "All Rings" trophy doesn't include Rings you get from no-bonfire playthroughs, or other similar challenges.
