Save Gitches and Possible Bugs.

I passed the first boss level but no trophy unlocked so I did not think much of it and kept going. Once I died my whole save was gone all my upgrades are back to 0, I have no spell books and all progress is gone.
I was really enjoying this game but this is rather annoying.

EDIT: I turned it off and on, now my save is there but my last run is gone so I never past level 2. Will attempt level 1 again to see if it was a one time glitch but I would recommend backing up your save every couple of hours just in case.
 

EDIT x2: The trophy unlocked this time around after passing the first boss.

 

EDIT x3: Every now and again your save does not load the second part to this is no trophies will unlock as well, only way to make it load and fix the trophies is to close the game and start again, your save will load however you will lose your most recent run.

well everytime I kill the boss of the 3rd world, as soon as I try to open the door the game crashes, happen 100% of the time, im playing on ps4 pro, not sure if its related though.
