Another Takodana Glitch?

The game is telling me I've got 2/3 General Missions complete but all 3 are marked as complete on the map and I can't access them to try and do the missions again.

There are also 3 icons (Circled in the picture) indicating there is a person there to interact with, but two of the three characters have an almost transparent circle prompt above them which doesn't do anything when pressed.
I've tried uninstalling and playing without the patch but that doesn't work.
Is there something I'm not doing?

Everybody must have this glitch then, I had it but the way I fixed it was instead of pressing Continue in the menu I manually loaded up my save and it fixed itself.

It worked! Thanks for that, I loaded up the map after and a new mission appeared.

Those icons are for buying character if you buy the character previously the prompt for buying not appear
