Not sure if this is a bug? There was another thread with an issue like this and the reason turned out to be because the OP requested his/her account to be banned and later unbanned. I can't find the thread, but maybe it has something to do with that ... unless you got the premium membership after the self-imposed ban was lifted. If that's the case, I have no idea.
