It can be done in single player or multiplayer

Unless you rubber band your joystick, multiplayer will kick you from the lobby after a few minutes for inactivity

As far as I remember..no

Edit: if it changes the view out of first person then yeah, you're gonna have to rubber band it so you spin around in circles

I did it a while ago..I don't honestly remember if I rubber banded it, I did it in SP and jumped on my ps3/vita in the background cuz the first person is absolute shit..and there's been several patches/updates since..so, as a back up..unless you don't wanna play in first person..rubber band it
