Farming buildings

Reading up about these right now, but when are they suppose to be available? I recall going to see Robin once, but she only told me about the Kitchen upgrade.  I take it that the buildings go in order? Or is it another matter entirely? Because it doesn't say when I can upgrade, it just says I can see her about then.  As an example, the Coop (which is a quest), but again, I decided to speak to her once and she only offered me the kitchen upgrade.

I don't know if you have to wait a certain amount of time before Robin contacts you about it, but make sure you're pressing the option for "Construct farm building" and not "Upgrade house."

Ah, guess I wasn't paying much attention there... I'll go see her again next time I am on my game and see if there are those farm options there, after all, gotta get all these extra options for sure, especially since the community center needs a few of them.
