Sounds like a Moxxi-ish type DLC from the last game, except it isn't only an arena, there's sidequests/etc. Anyway, I was looking through the store to get my free Vita games and WD 5, and saw this for free...probably cause I had the Season Pass, but I would assume it's $5.
