You can get 4 DLC vehicles from the PSN store.

They are free and they count towards the 104 vehicles.

Yup, I forgot to add that. As I think I quoted, the map DOES include the DLC vehicles as well!

This is now a dead link. The following gave me some help with the remaining few, when in need of more, buy the DLC like I did.

Just for the record, the Vanderbildt Leisureliner spawn glitch has been patched on the PS3 so you don't have to worry about not getting all 104 vehicles (DLC ones not included). I got them all without having to rely on a DLC one.

That's the reason that I've found it so easily twice, once in the desert at a T-intersection. I had already plat'd the game, but was replaying it for fun when I saw it and was like, "Please be that damned bus," and it was!
