what's the criteria for getting 3 stars on crushing survival all stages?

i might give the mp a go but if 3 stars on all crushing stages is too much i'll just do the stage trophies. i heard the latest patch has made this even more difficult.

 

what's the criteria for getting 3 stars on crushing survival all stages?

 

and can the individual stage trophies be acheived on the easiest difficulty?

It's a time limit. Beat the stage in x amount of time but you need multiple players to do this and you need to play on moderate difficulty as you can only play solo on easy difficulty.

I think you can get the trophies on easy difficulty (excluding 3 stars).
