Death Wish trophy glitch

So I somehow ran into a glitch and popped death wish straight after graviton. I'm not entirely sure why or how I triggered it so I'll post the video of where I got it and maybe someone can replicate it. I get the trophy at 0:39 so ignore the rest. It's just me seeing if I activated the later CP.

Glitched. Developer has been very busy but I trust him to keep his promise on fixing it as he keeps me informed without me even asking. Don’t expect anything soon.
