The Whole Story DLC glitch

I just ended the Burial at Sea Episode 2 DLC and picked up all 25 Audio Tapes/Voxophones, they show on the list, i counted them, but the trophy just doesn't pop up. I repeated the chapter before the Dr. Suchong clinic part and still nothing. Is this a known glitch?

 I know this is late but I want to help. The game has known bugs for trophies not popping if your PS3's connection changes whilst you play. There's a 5 year gap between me finishing the game and getting Shock Jockey. I think you may need to reload an old save or do it all over again. Either play it all offline or just check everything is ok before you get the last one.
