wyansas
the buttons on my vita have stopped working. I'm trying to get Sony to fix/replace it. Have any of you had similar problems?
SitusKiss
Not "stopped" working for me but, I have noticed a bit less responsiveness from a couple commonly used buttons I'm not going to worry about mine for now... hopefully it's just my imagination. If I were you, and my Vita buttons didn't work, I would take it back to the retailer and/or contact Sony for warranty work. If it's out of warranty, then you could disassemble it via the screws on the back and see if there's an obvious problem to fix.
Mr Incredible
i dont think my buttons are any less responsive as they where when I got it. I do however notice it takes a bit more pressure squeezing the triggers when I have my Trigger Grip attachment on vs. when I don't have it on. Parker
Which buttons have stopped working? All of them or just some? Have you tried doing a hard reset of the system where you hold the power button until the boot menu pops up and reset it from there? If not, I'd try that and see if it does anything. For what it's worth, I've had my Vita since launch and it has been used everyday whether it has been by me. my wife or my son and the buttons are just as responsive as the day I bought it. Hopefully something simple will fix yours. Parker
