I accidently stumbled upon a cultist while clearing out an outpost on a small island next to Delos. It showed 2 gold-ribbon foes and one was fully armored, one was just in robes. Didn't think much of it, killed them both when it suddenly showed "Confirm cultist kill" on the screen lol.
