The comments are funnier then the story here's a couple : 

 

Why the hell aren't these designs off the grid in a closed network.....?

 

When Cisco equipment says "Made in China" on it, what do you expect ? 

 

Why are our military technologies not on dedicated or separate networks than the one everyone else uses ? 

 

Why have your own R&D when you can simply steal from the internet for free ! 

 

Let's put all of those top-secret plans on the Internet!!!

I think the best thing we can do is keep pretending they are our friends! Maybe ask for more money ? 

 

we gave them our manufacturing, now we give them the secret items to manufacture. allowing this info to be hacked. is that not like leaking secrets? hmmm
