Is Ultra street fighter IV and Street fighter IV the same?

Hey guys, im a little confused about this game. Because the way i understand it super street fighter IV was an update to street fighter IV, and ultra street fighter IV basically an update to both. But the first two has two different trophy lists, the last one has none. So if i buy Ultra street fighter IV would i still earn trophies on my Street fighter IV trophy list while playing it?

You will not earn Street Fighter IV's trophies, only Super Street Fighter IVs
Street Fighter IV has some modes that were not in Super or Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Although they have the same name, they have 2 totally different trophy sets. The trophies you get in Street Fighter 4, you don't earn in Ultra Street Fighter 4.

So, I see Ultra Street Fighter IV on sale. To clarify, I played Super Street Fighter IV on my PS3. If I bought Ultra on my PS4, would trophies stack from that version? Or would it be a new set?

No, they're separate lists. Meaning you'll be starting from scratch on the PS4 version. Would be nice to have them autopop lol

I never got into the DLC characters that came late. With Elena being one of my favorites, it'd be fun to start from scratch and just play the game all over again.
