Answering the OP question for someone in need: untouchable stars are the key. About 5 of them should be enough, you just have to jump on the highest platform and mash Mundus with your sword. Zephrese Posted April 3, 2023 Share Posted April 3, 2023 (edited) Can confirm that, at least on hard (having beaten the game on said difficulty a few hours ago), holy waters appear to do next to nothing to Mundus during his second phase. Can't imagine there'd be much of a difference, then, when it comes to using them against him on DMD. Could be wrong, though, obviously. Edo2599 Posted May 9 Share Posted May 9 You can use the holy water ONLY to destroy the orbs that shot you. The white spheres mundus throws at you are just needed to be reflected to him and holy waters are uneffective to the boss. Btw if you have 2/3 untouchables you can just go through the lava (lava weakens you to 1hp but CANNOT kill you) and spam attacks with DT, when mundus throws his balls just use invulnerability and keep attacking him, when you run out of DT runes just provoke him to get them fast and keep attack him in DT.
