Dutch art dealership Cook and Becker has launched a new series of prints based on vistas from Thatgamecompany’s Journey.

The collection was selected and proofed with the help of the game’s art director Matt Nava, and the prints are signed by Thatgamecompany creative director Jenova Chen.

Journey was critically acclaimed and won multiple awards upon its release, but Thatgamecompany almost fell apart soon afterwards due to financial difficulties. You can read more on what happened and what’s next for the studio in our recent feature here.

Damn, those prints look amazing but at $185 a piece I can't see myself picking any up. It's a shame as it would give my game room some class but unless they come out with some more that aren't as expensive I won't be getting any. 

 

And I think this just proves that games can be considered art.
