Sound problem

Hi, have 3 world left before i finish the game but now i have a problem with the game sound, i don't listen relic, when i get a Big lums ( other lums become red ) all sound has stopped and i don't found video or write guide for relic, someone can help me for that please ?

I had the same problem right at the end of the game. Here's a guide with images showing where to find all of the relics in the game.
