I noticed that most of the games that you listed (many of which have gotten immense praise) all rely heavily on modern RPG elements. So maybe you're just getting burned out by the constant re-usage of those elements in all these new titles? I've been mixing up my time with indie games a lot more recently because I've been hitting that burnout too. It can get kinda annoying seeing all those lists of things that need to be collected for a single mission and then there are still the optional collectibles too.
