I’m lvl 98 and I’m having a hard time fighting an enemy I read somewhere that you can upgrade your weapon to have a vampire ability but I don’t know how can someone help me and explain it to me how to do it.

Are you talking about weapon enhancements? head into Kasgar and check out Bolta's Smity. Do maybe Reversal Edge ehancements so when you land a RE, you can gain 25% of your max HP and possibly another 20% on the follow up hit if you used both upgrades materials, it's quite the chunk of HP.

One more question i’m having a hard time with the the hunters become the hunted trophy any 30 astral fissures missions work?

What level is the weapon you're using? If you're using lower leveled weapons, you're going to have a hard time dealing damage to high level enemies even if you're high leveled yourself. You might want to farm the repeatable side quests until a high level weapon drops.

 

Any Astral Fissure Closing missions will count toward the trophy.

Yup, high level weapon is needed. It makes a world of difference.
