Question about other's players lost cargo

Hey there I was wondering if the lost cargo of other players you can find in shared lockers inside post offices and UCA Structures can stay forever inside my private locker of a Structure linked to the UCA.

 

Second question (not that I care so much anyway, because I usually place things in private lockers of Structures and not inside my CCP post office around the map, even because I barely remember where I place them): other player's lost cargo and personal items can also stay forever inside the private locker of my CCP post office?

Yes personal items stay forever, other players Lost Cargo, probably yes, but I wouldn't store those or worry about it, you only get Likes for returning them, they don't help Level up Facilities, for that you have to find Lost Cargo in the world yourself.
