Cleared the main story and not a single Bureau Alert

Hello

As stated on the title, I am trying to platinum this game but it's getting very frustrating because through all my playthrough I have not seen one Bureau Alert and now I am just free roaming clearing out all the misc trophies hoping that they start appearing but so far zero.

Anyone has any idea or tip on how to trigger them?

There is no specific way to trigger them. Usually while playing, an alarm will randomly go off that sounds almost like an air horn & then a notification pops up on the screen. You then have a timer with the notification that you need to clear the alert during. If you let the time run out or die while clearing it, you fail the alert.
