Anthology trophy for all co-op missions won't unlock. Tried everything to no avail

So, common issue but I don't know what to do anymore. Did all the missions, some online, some in splitscreen and got no trophy. Searched the net for solutions and started a new game, deleted the patch and did another mission, re-installed the game and repeated both of the above. NOTHING WORKS. I am seriously going nuts over this, so if anyone could help me out, that would be much appreciated.

The only thing left to try, is delete all your saves and start over from scratch.

If you try again from the start make sure to do everything either online or offline.Don't change between the two.

Yeah, I guess so. However, this will be a major pain in the ass, as finding a steady partner on there is near impossible. Oh and doing Extermination with two controllers is a total nightmare. And even then, there's no guarantee the damn trophy will pop. Can't believe this is happening. I'm so triggered by this it's not even funny.

 

Any other suggestions?

I'll try to do it all offline, I guess. By the way, earlier I sent you a friend request on PSN, pot1414. If you could help me out with the missions; I would be eternally grateful. Seriously. Won't take long, I promise. I don't suck at the game.
