I don't have the game myself, but I have looked on the page to see the DLC to do with gardens and the apocalypse (and another upcoming DLC). But looking at the info they've posted about the console stuff so far, didn't see much about the DLC if it's already in this version, or if they're going to release it, or if it's just to be the base game and that's it.
