You can deliver the Cord of the True Burying to him there, although the Key of the Inquisitor is required to open the cell. What it doesn't say is that THIS VOIDS THE TROPHY. When you talk to Cleofás on Archcathedral Rooftops after giving him the Cord of the True Burying in the Wall of the Holy Prohibitions HE'LL ALWAYS COMMIT SUICIDE.
