Senior Estate Agent Trophy Glitched ?

Hello Just Wondering if anyone is having trouble with this trophy I’ve sold more than 50houses and it still ain’t unlocked ?

Starting a new save and selling 5 houses fixed my problem

I've just had this with selling 20 houses, not popped ?‍♀️

It didn't glitch on me and I was just reselling the same house over and over again.

Tip:

Mop and clean up the garbage (to 100%). Put something in a room. That worked for me. 

Changing the currency and/or starting a new save didn't work by the way.

This worked for me.. I finished all the orders to 100% and nothing.. So I went back to the quick garage one, when I completed that to 100% and went back to my shack it popped =)

I tired with several times and it didn't work
