IF YOU OWN THE COMPLETE EDITION, OR HAVE BOUGHT THE DLC DIGITALLY, ALLOW THOSE WHO HAVEN'T HAD THE CHANCE TO PLAY IT TO PARTICIPATE. Greetings, fellow monster slayers! The local village board has posted a quest, in search of a hunter that can put down this foul beast. You arm yourself to the best of your capabilities, and get ready to face the monstruosity that stands in front of you. You get ready to strike the final blow and... SUDDENLY, you wake up in your bed, covered in sweat, with a chance to receive one (1) free US code for the Blood and Wine DLC of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The rules, as implied by the title, are simple: have Geralt of Rivia, Witcher, become an Influencer. Use the best of your skills (and the tweaks in the in-game HUD) to produce photographic evidence of Geralt's travels through this realm (or the other), enjoying life at its best (or just avoiding his responsabilities). As an example, try to aim to something like this. All HUD options have been turned off, to provide as less visual clutter as possible: Good grief, I don't remember eating outside... Picture the moment: Geralt has just come out of the tub, fresh as a lettuce with scars, and has been delighting himself in the tower of Kaer Morhen, no worries at all. Ciri is waiting to have her training session, but that doesn't matters now, the cold air and the mountain view is all you need. Bask in the glory of this moment, and seize it. The Wild Hunt won't do a thing for the next 10 years or so, so there's no worries. --------------------Conditions to enter the contest-------------------- -Have access to the game. You need to have it visible on your profile. -ONLY US ACCOUNTS REDEMPTIONS ARE VALID. I only have one code, from the Blood and Wine physical cards pack. If your copy of the game meets this requirement, then you're good to go. -No limits in regards to trophy percentage. You can just decide to start it right now, or have already finished the main story, whatever suits you. The only caveat to that is the access to certain areas due to level/progression. -Use your Witcher senses to "frame" the moment. Find a spot, fix your angle, work your inner narrative and press SHARE. Make Geralt (or whoever you want to capture) look good and feel natural (or at least as natural as T-posing can be). -CUTSCENES DON'T COUNT AS VALID, YOU MUST CREATE YOUR OWN SCENE. Nobody told Emhyr var Emreis how to become the Emperor of Nilfgaard, he did it by his own hand. As such, so must you. -You must submit a picture with a tagline written below it. It can be some funny remark about how Drowners aren't really drowning when they are outside the water, or how the Eternal Fire's actions aren't devoid of religious depravitty, whatever comes to mind, as long as it's related to the picture. Refer to the provided example as a suggestion (albeit a corny one, for sure). -No picture editing is needed. The tools available are in the HUD menu in the game. You need nothing more. -Only two (2) entries max per participant. While it may seem like a lot to some or too little to others, the point is exactly that: have a go at creating A Picture to Rule Them All, or have a duel between the couple of shots you couldn't decide which was better. Let the bloodgames begin! --------------------Timeframe for submissions-------------------- You have two weeks to submit your shots. As of the writing of this post (5 of May 2020, 11:00 PST), the final posts will be accepted as far as of the 19 of May 2020, 11:00 PST. Among all the participants, one will be randomly selected and declared the winner.
