Transfer Content?

Greeting. I'm thinking about getting one or 2 costumes but I'm not sure about how some things are working and hope someone can answer me this question from experience.

 

So if I buy premiumtickets on let's say account A can I use them up on account B or if I buy a costume with account A is the costume usable on account B ?  I know that DLCs can be used on all account on my PS4 since it worked with the character DLC but those are different then the Premium ticket DLC.

 

Btw. The important thing is that those accounts are different regions like US is A and B is Asia since the game can't purchase tickets on Asia if it's NTSC

 

Would be nice if someone got a answer.

Microtransactions such as these Premium Tickets are always account locked, thus can only be used by the one that buys them so won't transfer to any other accounts you have on your system .

Can someone confirm this?  DLCs arent account locked so if im logged in with both accounts they are usable on both but thing is how are the costumes purchased with premium tickets handeled. in the end those costumes are downloaded so it shoult work but then again better to hear it from someone who bought Costumes with tickets and can use them on a different account.
