There's a huge difference between $229 million for Insomniac and $4 billion for WB Games. For that price you'd get:

I dunno, that really doesn't seem worth it for Sony or Microsoft. The DC Universe and Lego are the big draws, but are they big enough to justify that asking price?

 

Actually according to Wikipedia, they also own the rights to Sesame Street games! Judging by my niece, that could be a lot more profitable. :)

just the studios are for sale not the rights to Batman, injustice or anything movie related that warner brothers owns. They can still license them out of course but whoever buys them will not be buying the rights to make Batman games etc..
