Sorry, but where do you buy capsules in Ch3

So, I’m following a guide due to the stupid number of missable, time sensitive, hidden trophies in this (wonderful) game, and am told I can buy a capsule outside the candy store on the shopping street. However, it’s shut and no machines are outside. Apparently I should have been able to access it from Ch2.

Im pretty sure the guide is wrong, but can someone confirm if I have to wait until later in the game (I’m just continuing the story in Ch3) or whether it’s at a different location?

Which guide are you following? I am using the guide mentioned in the trophy guide here.

 

Anyway, you cannot access it in CH2. Chapter 3 Free Time is the earliest time you could access/use the capsule machines - which is inside the Candy Shop in Shopping District (left side in front).

Thanks. I’m using that guide too. I found it earlier today, as you say, in the shop on the left selling the sweets. Trouble was the actual shop which is called the Candy Store is on the right immediately as you walk in (closed). An unfortunate decision for the guide writer to name the location after a different shop named the same thing on the same street! Lol.
