Regarding the trophies and DLC..

I just had two questions about both the DLC and the situation about Comrades

1)Is everything for this game capable to be unlocked without any issues or where I might have to do the reverse update method (besides Comrades of course)?

2)Does completing the base game affect the completion of the Comrades (example; beating game gives bonus to it) or is it possible to beat right away?

Thank you for taking the time to read this,

Hello, concerning to your questions:

  1. Yes. Everything can be unlocked naturally and with normal playthrough. If your aiming for 100% you need to do the downgrade method and, if you wish, follow the definitive GameGAQ's guide to make your pursuit easier. Everything aside from Comrades at v. 1.2 can be done offline, so no worries. Also, is highly recommended you purchase Royal Edition to avoid more investment that required.
  2. No. Both are independent. However, Comrades v. 1.0 is attached to the main game in v. 1.18 of the Main/Base Game. They don't affect each other. Though, when you finish your Comrades run, you have the option to migrate your save file to the Standalone and get the trophies there, but it'll require a little bit to do it. Follow the fuide and everithing will be OK.

Happy hunting!

Just to add a question in regards to this.

Is using the method mentioned to downgrade via a proxy server against Sony's TOU?

Want those trophies as well, but don't want to be banned because of the method.

This part in the TOU worries me:
